Crossfit Challenge Day 12

Today do:

12 sit ups, 12 push ups (or sub exercise) and 12 air squats (or step ups.)

Done... and I've been doing them, but keep forgetting to tell you! They're getting harder -- my knees really ache. I may have to ditch the squats, as even the stair ones hurt my stupid knees. *sigh*

I did yesterdays early this morning (like 12 am :P) - and note to self - do not do challenge exercises when feeling nauseous! >.<

Question: are the situps FULL situps or crunches?

I've been doing mine...just ask my stomach. Ouch! I missed day nine, and day ten was really one to remember. Love it that you're pulling us along on this adventure with you. Thanks! :)
