Crossfit Challenge Day 13

Today do:

13 sit ups, 13 push ups (or sub exercise) and 13 air squats (or step ups.)

Post to comments when you've done it! And just think, you won't feel so guilty eating chocolate tomorrow ;)

Done for the day. I add leg lifts to my routine today.

Or eating cake! I'm trying to decide what to do - along with the "routine" today. 3-4 times a week I add 30-60 minutes of cardio, but I'm thinking of giving yoga another go today :)

Doing all 4 things at once is beginning to get harder lol but I want to try to do them all at once although I do know I can split them up.
