Crossfit Challenge Day 15

Today do:

15 sit ups, 15 push ups (or sub exercise) and 15 air squats (or step ups.)

Done for the day. I think you have the date wrong. That is understandable with a day like you had yesterday.

Did it today... er, yesterday - but like Jane I did them late. But I did do Sunday's on Sunday :P
