Crossfit Challenge Day 16

Today do:

16 sit ups, 16 push ups (or sub exercise) and 16 air squats (or step ups.)

Done - now I'm sorry I added an extra set of touch the toes - it all seemed so easy in the beginning!

Hope this doesn't repeat - the blog ate my first message I think.

The set-ups have gotten to my back. I have picked up tree limbs all day today will that work.

I'm trying to get the kids to bed and then I'm going to do them. Then I get to clean the house. Or rather, a part of it. Cleaning the entire thing would take too much energy and effort. I'm not quite there at the moment!
