Crossfit Challenge Day 19

Today do:

19 sit ups, 19 push ups (or sub exercise) and 19 air squats (or step ups.)

I was sick yesterday. I managed 12 pushups before giving up so I'll finish up yesterday's eighteen this morning and the nineteen later today.

I wrote I did my 19 on day 18. Was wondering where you were. Hope you get to feeling better.

Done - I've only had to do makeups a few times and decided that was a lot harder than making time to do it on the correct day.

I did days 14, 15, and 19 today. I hurt in places I didn't even know I had muscles.
