Crossfit Challenge Day 23

Today do:

23 sit ups, 23 push ups (or sub exercise) and 23 air squats (or step ups.)

done! It was funny because today I did 10 air squat in my office building's elevator because I knew I couldn't do 23 when I got home this evening.
