Crossfit Challenge Day 28

Today do:

27 sit ups, 27 push ups (or sub exercise) and 27 air squats (or step ups.)

I just finished today's and yesterday's. Thank you for the encouragement and support when I needed it most. I'm not giving up! :)

Eek I'm about a week behind - did two set yesterday and did one today - plan on doing 2-3 more to try to make it more reasonable; and to keep doubling up until I'm back on track.

Haha - dunno if it's truly comforting or not; but at least I'm behind on *everything* in my life right now.
