Crossfit Challenge Day 8

Today do:

8 sit ups, 8 pushups (or sub exercise) and 8 air squats (or step ups.)

Did 'em -- am using my dining table chairs for the reverse squats. Situps are hardest for me because we have hardwood everywhere! I have to look for something cushion-y or else throw a blanket on the floor. No, I don't have an exercise mat.

Marianne - A blanket works. I don't have an exercise mat either.

Done! I can't believe the sit ups are actually getting easier. Thanks for the push in the right direction.

Hm - I've been doing crunches instead of sit ups. I'll say though that the push ups are getting easier for me.
Sadly my knee is doing the crunchy thing which made me stop yoga, and I have no idea why that's happening.

I have to do the step ups, old knees can't handle the squats.

I can't do the push-ups. It's the only time the wrist really bothers me...well, that and certain yoga poses.
