Crossfit Challenge Day 30

Today do:

30 sit ups, 30 push ups (or sub exercise) and 30 air squats (or step ups.)

Done for the day and yesterday. I had a migraine yesterday. I hated to have to play catch up, but I did.

Done and thank goodness I haven't had to do catch up since the very beginning.
