Crossfit Challenge Day 33

Today do:

33 sit ups, 33 push ups (or sub exercise) and 33 air squats (or step ups.)

Thanks for all your well wishes. Yesterday was another day off for me due to my back. I'm hoping to get back to the challenge today. Though probably won't attempt to make up entire days missed all at once!
