Crossfit Challenge Day 34

Today do:

34 sit ups, 34 push ups (or sub exercise) and 34 air squats (or step ups.)

69 squats done so far. I have to run out, but will try to do more and situps when I get home. I want to get caught up this weekend!

Did these yesterday. Plan to NOT take the weekend off. I'm only two days from being totally caught up!
