Crossfit Challenge Day 36

Today do:

36 sit ups, 36 push ups (or sub exercise) and 36 air squats (or step ups.)

I'm so behind, its shameful. I'm not saying how far behind. :P But I've been doing 50-100 on the days I get them in to catch up >.<
