Crossfit Challenge Day 49

Today do:

49 sit ups, 49 push ups (or sub exercise) and 49 air squats (or step ups.)

Almost halfway there. I have quite a few squats to make up and all of yesterday too!

Did 'em. Twice. Great thing to do while musing over dialogue or the droopy middle of a chapter. I just stood beside my chair, huffed and puffed and figured things out. Worked well. :)
