Crossfit Challenge Day 55

Today do:

55 sit ups, 55 push ups (or sub exercise) and 55 air squats (or step ups.)

Done! Now maybe I can do my make ups throughout the day. I want to be caught up by the time Monday rolls around!

Done. I'm going to be gone all day sunday and know I'm not going to be getting my exercises in so hopefully I can start adding some extras today and tomorrow. (something I was hoping I wouldn't have to do lol).
