Crossfit Challenge Day 69

Today do:

69 sit ups, 69 push ups (or sub exercise) and 69 air squats (or step ups.)

Me, too! I did the situps at the gym while the kids had their Crossfit kids class. Boy, do I like using that ab mat! I need to get me one of those. I finished off the rest of the stuff when we got home.
