Crossfit Challenge #2 Day 10

Today do:

10 walking lunges or 10 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 10 arm circles
Sarita: 10 sit ups and 10 arm circles
Melissa: 10 sit ups, 10 shoulder presses, 10 arm circles
Dru: 10 arm circles only
