Today do:

11 walking lunges or 11 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 11 arm circles
Sarita: 11 sit ups and 11 arm circles
Melissa: 11 sit ups, 11 shoulder presses, 11 arm circles
Dru: 11 arm circles only
