Today do:

12 walking lunges or 12 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 12 arm circles
Sarita: 12 sit ups and 12 arm circles
Melissa: 12 sit ups, 12 shoulder presses, 12 arm circles
Dru: 12 arm circles only
