Crossfit Challenge #2 Day 3

Today do:

3 walking lunges or 3 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy:3 arm circles
Sarita: 3 sit ups and 3 arm circles
Melissa: 3 sit ups, 3 shoulder presses, 3 arm circles
Dru: 3 arm circles only
