Today do:

8 walking lunges or 8 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 8 arm circles
Sarita: 8 sit ups and 8 arm circles
Melissa: 8 sit ups, 8 shoulder presses, 8 arm circles
Dru: 8 arm circles only
