29 walking lunges or 29 step ups

Also do:
Brandy: 29 arm circles
Sarita: 29 sit ups and 29 arm circles
Melissa: 29 sit ups, 29 arm circles
Dru: 29 arm circles

Oh my gosh - day 29 already?! :X Does it count as any exercise if I'm "risking" not doing physical therapy because I have no time? :X
