Internal Alarm Clocks

I keep waking up earlier and earlier. No alarm clock (or alarm dog or cat) needed. Today it was 5:30 am. That's completely unheard of for me. The approaching deadline must be short-circuiting my normal inclination to sleep in.

I've never, ever been a morning person, but I'll take whatever extra writing time I can fine!

What time did you wake up today?

Im not a morning person either. I didn't sleep much last night since I aggrevated the herniated disk in my lower back so Im in pain and now exhausted.

Good luck with the writing!

I have no set time and get from 4 hrs to 8 but usually 6. I have a retired neighbor who loves to use power tools any time after 7 AM, my cats like to wake me, my husband snores, sunshine comes in early (and birds) and I'm still scratching my poison ivy. Oh and I usually read until 3 AM - at least I don't have to wait up for my daughters any more. Sleep is totally overrated roflmao.

During the summer there isn't a set time for me to get up, but I don't like to laze the day away, either. I'm having trouble sleeping right now with the added discomfort of allergies that are driving me crazy. And no, I'm not a morning person, either. *G*

Best wishes for your writing today!

You do not want to know. Okay I woke up at 4am and didn't have to leave for work until 6:30.

Waking up at 5 is my normal wake-up time. I'm definitely a morning person.

Best of luck with your writing today.

I wake up as soon as it's light outside or when I hear the birds begin to sing. It was 4:27 this morning. :)

Hope the writing is going well.
