Crossfit Challenge Day 47

Today do:

47 sit ups, 47 push ups (or sub exercise) and 47 air squats (or step ups.)

We're nearing the halfway point. How are you doing? I've managed the sit ups the last two days, but that's it. The good news is I'm getting around better!

Done! I'm not sure I"ll be able to make it to the 100th day, but so far so good!

I have to break them down in segments. I can't do more than twenty reps at one time.

Done. I would be doing a lot better if my darn knees wouldn't creek.

I'm so behind. >.< I also managed to bash my knee in a number of very creative ways. Haha. I figure walking around Boston and up giant hills counts as my fitness requirement for those days, right?!

[Also my hard drive died but it was FIXED and I have a laptop now!!
... which is good since my adviser emailed me asking me about my thesis which is not done...]
