Crossfit Challenge Day 56

Today do:

56 sit ups, 56 push ups (or sub exercise) and 56 air squats (or step ups.)

Just wanted to let you know I'm happy and proud so many of you have continued on with the challenge! As my oldest would say, "You rock!"
