Today do:
50 sit ups, 50 push ups (or sub exercise) and 50 air squats (or step ups.)

Sorry for posting this so late.  I was so busy with the party I forgot completely about blogging though I managed my sit-ups.  All the girls had a great time.  I have some pics I'll upload when I'm not so tired.  After the party we went to see High School Musical 3 at a theater downtown that plays second run movies.
