Crossfit Challenge Day 48

Today do:

48 sit ups, 48 push ups (or sub exercise) and 48 air squats (or step ups.)

Post to comments when you've done it!

Remember, if it starts feeling like too much break the exercises up! Jane posted in yesterday's comments that she's not doing more than 20 reps at a time. That's the way you'll make it to 100! Break it into manageable reps and spread them out over the day!

I'm hoping to get back to the full challenge today! I overdid it a bit on Wednesday (had a class to teach) and paid the price today, but it's much better than on Monday! So yay! I hope that means I'll get back to my normal, daily routine! I feel so out of the loop with everyone right now!

Done. I try to finish all of one type of exercise at a time but I may not be able to keep that up. I really like getting them out of the way so it doesn't hang over me all day lol.

Done. Right now I'm doing them all at one time, though I am doing half and half for the step-ups and air squats to mix it up a bit. *G*
