I've been a total slackard when it comes to working out. That means I haven't been. I had a good reason. For the past six months, my hand issues made Crossfit and climbing difficult and painful, but my hands are so much better now. Nearly good as new so it's time to stop being such a couch potato (or in my case a chair potato) and start working out again.
To get back into working out, I'm going to be joining in with Crossfit Washougal to do a 100 day challenge. I tried the 100 day burpee challenge this fall, but due to my hands only made it to day forty-something. This new challenge consists of Push ups, Sit ups and air squats. The first day, February 1, will be one of each. By day 100 we'll be doing 100 of each. The kidlets who do Crossfit Kids twice a week are joining in, too. Hubby wants to give it a try, too, but we'll see how he does with his knee!
Wish me luck please. I'm going to need it! I have a feeling the kidlets are going to kick my butt!
