Crossfit Challenge Day 76

Today do:

76 sit ups, 76 push ups (or sub exercise) and 76 air squats (or step ups.)

I did them. I learned the hard way this week that these high number days aren't good to miss. I missed one, and had to make it up. Ouch! :) I learned my lesson, though.

Me too! Though I'm still trying to make up the day I missed earlier this week. Couldn't do the extras last night.
