Crossfit Challenge Day 74

Today do:

74 sit ups, 74 push ups (or sub exercise) and 74 air squats (or step ups.)

Post to comments when you've done it! Remember to break up the reps if you need to!

I never had time to workout yesterday so I have to make day 73 up. Yikes. That's going to hurt!
