Crossfit Challenge Day 86

Today do:

86 sit ups, 86 push ups (or sub exercise) and 86 air squats (or step ups.)

I was so busy writing that I forgot to do yesterday's 85. That means I have 171 to do. Argh! This is not going to be fun.
