Crossfit Challenge Day 89

Today do:

89 sit ups, 89 push ups (or sub exercise) and 89 air squats (or step ups.)

I spent yesterday in bed. I had things to do today so had to get out, but I'm ready to call it a night now. I did half of yesterday's before I started going downhill so need to add that to today's which I doubt I'll get to feeling the way I do. This weekend is going to be scary with all the catchup I need to do. I may need to give Dr. Tinycat a call before I'm finished!

Aww, too cute! I knew there was NO way I could catch up after being 10 days behind. I'm sorry. Could we maybe do this again soon? AFTER you feel better!

I'm still chugging along. I missed a day last week and it was hard to catch up, but I did. Honestly, it has become a habit to do my "Melissa Exercises" in the morning. Thanks! *G*
