I used to belong to a bookgroup with other women from Lake Oswego, West Linn and Wilsonville, Oregon. One of the women was Julie Resk, a wonderful mom, wife and friend. We would sometimes meet once Friday a month for scrapbooking at our mutual friend's Suzannah's house.
At this moment Julie is undergoing a live liver donor operation at Stanford Hospital in order to save her daughter, Hayley, who is in need of a new liver. If you could spare a moment, please send a prayer, good wish, whatever, the Resk family's way.
