Crossfit Challenge #2 Day 5

Today do:

5 walking lunges or 5 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy:5 arm circles
Sarita: 5 sit ups and 5 arm circles
Melissa: 5 sit ups, 5 shoulder presses, 5 arm circles
Dru: 5 arm circles only
