2 walking lunges or 2 step ups.
Also do:
Brandy: 2 arm circles
Sarita: 2 sit ups and 2 arm circles
Melissa: 2 sit ups and 2 shoulder presses
This is the easy time to join in so please do if you're interested. Catching up the first couple of weeks is easy peasy so let me know if you want to do this next challenge. And even if you don't want to go to the end, that's fine. A lot of people didn't go all the way to 100 days last time.
