Today do:
90 sit ups, 90 push ups (or sub exercise) and 90 air squats (or step ups.)
Post to comments when you've done it! Remember to break up the reps if you need to!
Ten more days and we reach 100! I may have to go an extra day or two to catch up. I want to see this through to the end. If you're up for another challenge, let me know. I can figure out another 100 day challenge for us to do!
