Today do:

9 walking lunges or 9 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 9 arm circles
Sarita: 9 sit ups and 9 arm circles
Melissa: 9 sit ups, 9 shoulder presses, 9 arm circles
Dru: 9 arm circles only
