Crossfit Challenge #2 Day 6

Today do:

6 walking lunges or 6 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 6 arm circles
Sarita: 6 sit ups and 6 arm circles
Melissa: 6 sit ups, 6 shoulder presses, 6 arm circles
Dru: 6 arm circles only
