Crossfit Challenge #2 Day 7

Today do:

7 walking lunges or 7 step ups.

Also do:
Brandy: 7 arm circles
Sarita: 7 sit ups and 7 arm circles
Melissa: 7 sit ups, 7 shoulder presses, 7 arm circles
Dru: 7 arm circles only
