Today do:
100 sit ups, 100 push ups (or sub exercise) and 100 air squats (or step ups.)

WTG to every one who gave the Crossfit challenge a shot and BIG CONGRATS to catslady, Jane and Sarita who stuck with it the entire time. I'm so proud of you three! Enjoy a day of rest tomorrow, but you might want to lower the reps but keep up the exercises!
I still have a few more days to catch up so my challenge is not over yet. I'm trying to think of another one we could do. Anyone have any ideas?
