Crossfit Challenge Day 94, 93, 92

Sorry for not posting. Rose started doing better, then relapsed. I haven't been on the computer much. She's feeling better today so I'm hoping we're through the worst of it.

Today do:

94 sit ups, 94 push ups (or sub exercise) and 94 air squats (or step ups.)
