This morning's WOD gave you a choice between running or rowing. The scaled workout was as follows:
Puppies:
Run or row 1500-2500 m depending on your ability
Buttercups:
Run or row 1500-2500 m depending on your ability
I decided to give rowing a shot so I did two rounds of my usual warmup, but skipped the row I normally do. The farthest I'd ever rowed was 500m (what I do as part of my warmup) so this would be a challenge. My goal was 1500 m. When I got there, I wasn't that tired so I kept going.
