Crossfit Challenge Day 21

Today do:

21 sit ups, 21 push ups (or sub exercise) and 21 air squats (or step ups.)

P.S. This weekend, I'll try to preload next week's posts so they pop up at midnight. That's what I was doing before the flu hit, and I need to do again for those of you on the east coast!

Don't forget you can break them up. Even do half in the morning and the others later if that works better for you!
